Turns out there's a script for a deadline game over for Mementos on Christmas Day. Unlike every other deadline game over, it doesn't seem to have a corresponding voice bank (despite those scenes being voiced), and it's impossible to access in-game. Going by the script, it follows the same setup as the other deadline game overs (except for the Shidou Palace one). It's still in the localization's files too, and even got a full translation unlike some of the unused voice clips.

Since it's tied to failing the Mementos deadline (which isn't actually possible since you get forced into the dungeon and can't leave it), it's probably supposed to be what the world would be like if Yaldabaoth wasn't stopped.

I haven't seen a video of it (though someone might've uploaded the English version on Youtube by now?), but here's the Japanese version in image form (last line's in another image).

The other deadline game overs are Joker misremembering what led to his arrest (instead of it happening during the heist, he misremembers that a police officer and a man in a suit show up at Leblanc to arrest him, with the reason varying depending on the dungeon), Sae cutting the interrogation short, and Joker subsequently getting shot. This one has Goro leading the police to Joker after realizing there was no body in the morgue, and he gets arrested for being the leader of the PT, deceiving Goro with some inexplicable power, and shooting a warden (the game cuts right to the game over screen after that scene, IIRC). All deadline game overs, even the Shidou Palace one, have a hazy filter over them (same one that's used when Joker can't remember something fully).

They got shipped because even though they weren't great buds, they have a number of interactions between the two of them compared to other characters. Like at the beginning of the game, and when they bicker over Teddie's clothes, and during the study session Chie tries to get Yosuke to buy her a drink (or food, can't remember) and Naoto points out "Chie and Yosuke seem to get along" then Rise says they should date.

It's very little to go off of but shippers don't need much, which is what makes them insufferable. Kind of like people who shipped Kanji/Rise because they live near each other and walk together to the IT meetings a few times.
