The sad part is some people respect Angelite for what they did to chase, the best thing to do would've just been to ignore him. You can order "plasma assembly kits" under Science category from cargo and crack the crate open, just like anything else. It contains a number of plasma tanks. Then just grab a free portable air pump from the engineering hallway, and you can use the contribanded RPD to make a miniature plasma cooling loop, and compress all the tanks' plasma into a single supercooled tank, which at max will produce 12MW from a one-tile SME.
