Having CTs on both bomb sites isn't some gospel rule you have to abide by.

After a couple rounds realizing they never go B you should have started pushing through B to flank them garage or support your teammates mid. For those off 2-3 rounds they went B you're still better off alive rotating for a retake then getting overwhelmed by numbers on site alone.

Interp ratio is about packet loss, the server sends extra packets and adds more of a delay to your gameplay, but allows a smoother experience in some circumstances. If your internet connection isn't losing packets and you don't have a high jitter it does more harm than good, so even with a ping of 80, you're better off not using it if you can help it. Just play around with it when you feel like hit rego is really, really off and enemies see you way to damn fast.
