ra doesn't particularly benefit from normal attack pp regen because of wb being loaded, so the 40% extra regen on attack is completely wasted on it. zenesis/cliffard would do much better with pot doubling because it'd give you an extra pa to play with from the doubled stats (though not yours, yours isn't well enough affixed for that).

Affix order is always soul first, boost last. the inbetween is somewhat down to personal choice (eg. if that were mine it'd be till/mod/shoot/flict/fever/noble), but that's how it goes.

for a 6s, it's honestly not worth the hassle of using phrase on a non target item, same goes for most factors. This is because factors are expensive to make and you probably don't freely have many available. An ideal affix with phrase would be 7s or 8s (7s is realistic, 8s is not really), with other factors on a zenesis, for something like:
astral/x/attack 5/flict/sentence/phrase/noble (elegant)
x could be anything from modulator, doom break, or spirita/stamina 5 to something crazy like ether factor if you have the funds or fodders for it.

Shit2 has a horrid economy and awful people. It is the english ship so it is possible if you're an awful and terrible person then you'll fit right in.

Shit4 is the main nip ship and doesn't have a horrid economy. The downside is there are like maybe four english teams and if you somehow end up pissing off everyone then you're basically stuck playing with the nips. Also nips are generally better than shit2 pugs. Except on non-expert blocks.

This is what I use for full katana. Rings are Air reversal (on 12 star unit), katana combat count up (when I'm about to use KC, otherwise I use step jump ring), crit striking (this + gear active + average crit + player default crit gets 100% crit rate and ring gives +3% damage for that), EPPR ring, PPC ring and P-Keep strike ring.

Hybrid build I use. If you want automate, you can take some points from warbrave, never give up and fury combo (keep at least 5 in this skill).

You'll be doing banish > kamikaze arrow x2 for your bow combo but if you have the time; you can prepare chase arrow 3 times for a higher burst. You can use the same rings as the katana build.

If I'm remembering the math right, astra and zein pot3 both affixed to 150atk have a difference of about 5.5%. I could be wrong on that, it's from a sim I did like 2 weeks ago. You can get an idea what the difference is, zein is very close to gix without the craziest affixes and I'm sure you know how gix20 vs astra looks. Anyway, to get to my point; If that much damage lost is worth 40% PP regen, yes Astra is still better. If you ask me I think that's the case for two weapons at most and those weapons will want Zein anyway for max performance. They might use Astra more often but it wouldn't outperform Zein in all situations.
