In all reality it reaaally doesn't shit on the lore at all. In the old days the Everqueen was not a fucking figurehead at all, and basically had her own equivalent to the phoenix guard. The "stay at home mother/breeders" meme doesn't work either, because they get the majority of said breeding in the early days of their marriages (which can last hundreds of years), and the child quickly grows into adulthood given that time span, all things considered. GW are just cheap and never made and female models for them after the handmaidens, until the sisters of averlorn, so anything newer that says "high elves are sexist" basically equals "GW wants your neckbeard cash at lot costs".

The reason GW didn't neglect the females of the other races is basically because hippie elves and BDSM dominatrixes require very little effort to think of.

Wight kings, grave guard and black knights preserve some element of their skill and knowledge they had in life, how ever they're still essentially glorified golems/puppets with regard to how sentient and independent they are, the tomb kings are sentient because they were sort of dabbling in necromancy all thanks to the one thing the living Settra the imperishable couldn't beat,death by old age, hence when Nagash cast his spell to kill everything in Nehekhara and then raise it back up as undead the priests, elite warriors, rich merchants, and kings and queens of course came back if not fully sentient at least partially sentient, the commoners how ever are you're bog standard skeletons so fully expect CA to recycle animations for them, also since becoming undead the tomb kings do practice necromancy(albeit a different lore then what the VC use) so they can certainly refill their ranks with typical skeletons as they see fit. That's my understanding of it anyways.

Is there ANY possibility of making Warhammer moddable to get Lord of the Rings mod or any possibility of official Lord of the Rings/Hobbit Total War on Games Workshop or else licence?

I played DaC but compared to new Warhammer is just so old and limited by it's 2006 engine

Fuck this guy. Skulls occuring naturally as rock formations are lore-accurate (or as close to lore-accurate as you can get). There's basically skulls everywhere in Warhammer. You try to dig a ditch, you need to get through a geological layer of skulls (for proof see the Citadel Realm of Battle gameboard). Large rock skulls can be seen on such scenery pieces as Skullvane Manse or the Magewrath Throne arcane fulcrum. And he even said he's not going to make any variants of this mod. Fuck, well, it's good for now, but I'll probably need to drop it if it ever gets close to finished.

I managed to get Vlad and Isabella as Vampire Counts by taking Sylvania and letting them expand into the Border Princes, then confederating.
The same should apply in reverse.
