Making clear tickets grant Shield EXP is making it a hell of a lot easier for people to reach level 70, probably because they intend on increasing the cap again.
The Anniversary pack increasing to 300 Norns, 1,000 R1BAM, 1,200 CNS and 250 bios also makes me think these will be the requirements for whatever they have planned. Since the 1st Anniversary pack covered the amount of mats needed to take a maxed T1 character to T2. Also could potentially explain why WBU is so bullshit hard, with phase 4-5 even being impossible to legitimately complete.

That's not really true though. Having followed my heart from the start I've been able to do all content, and definitely can now.

It was a process, I had to build up to 5/5ing each WB back when it was an accomplishment. I don't even think I could 5/5 black dwarf before T2s were a thing. When SL came out it was something I worked my way through each week, getting a little further. There was a point where getting to floor 5 was a genuine accomplishment for me, then floor 10, and then just getting to floor 15 every single week was something I was happy to have for the bios to keep rolling in. I built up my roster over time, following my heart every step of the way.

Sure I could look at it in retrospect and see all of the missed CNS/BAM or bios I could have had if I just went full meme from the start, but I don't give a shit about those rewards, they weren't worth the price of selling out my heart.
