He is. Especially if +speed or attack, I'd say he's about on par with Ryoma. Ryoma's a tad faster, but Ike hits a bit harder and is decently bulkier, so he can make a nice frontlier and attack baiter. Ryoma might be overall a tad better, but Ike can be better in some situations.

Green Breaker or Bowbreaker for B. Maybe Renewal if you're running Fury or Ardent Sacrifice. Quick Riposte might be an interesting choice for magic tanking, but I can't really recommend it outside of gimmick defense teams. And of course Vantage has its usual uses.

TA for hard countering or Fury for general tanking in A. Res+3 can be a placeholder if you plan to run Glacies or Iceberg. She CAN run Warding Blow if you're using her mainly as an anti-mage, but watch out for reds with TA3, keep in mind she has her book to fall back on when defending. And of course Deathblow can one shot specific low res blues, her issues with doubling make me hesitant to recommend it though.

Keep Breath of Life if allies are running Quick Riposte, Breakers, or Wary Fighter(all high HP reliant skills), otherwise Threaten Attack/Res or a buff/debuff appropriate for teammates should suffice.

DA/Iceberg/Glacies depend on IVs and buffs, don't forget Naga adds 2 to Res when tanking ranged hits.

She lacks the high HP to make real good use of Reciprocal Aid for healing allies, but can top herself off with it easily enough and put specific allies into their Vantage/Desperation range with it from high HP. Ardent Sacrifice is preferred if running Renewal or a need to keep QR/Breaker allies topped up exists, as mentioned above.

I'm going to use her as my anti-mage next season, so I'm probably gonna run Fury/G Tomebreaker/Iceberg and keep BoL for topping off allies with who use QR and breakers of their own.
