I'm currently buying the last remaining 29 champions in the game. I'm buying all the 4800 champions (still 14 to go) and then after I'm done with that there will be only 6300 IP champions left. If I buy 3 champion shards it costs 5,100 instead of the full 6,300, allowing me to save 18,000 IP in total for the last 15 champions.

Garena handles the SEA server.
Singapore, Philippines, etc gets their own server (which is a good thing because no one wants to play with obnoxious chatting "bobo" and "put tank in a mall").

They also have the "borrow RP" feature. You can borrow RP and the max amount you can borrow depends on how much RP you bought on your history. You need to pay within a week or else they'll temporarily lock your account. It's useful for flash sales or when RP's unavailable. I bought Bear Sej and Bladecract Ori using this, but they disabled it on PH because most players borrowed 2000 RP and got their accounts locked. Feature's supposed to be for Singapore players anyway.

We're also a subject of controversy because we're rereleasing event skins yearly (Except Pax and Riot skins). Also, that free 50 skins thing promo was real, it was a promo to convince Garena's Dota players to transfer to LoL in exchange for their levels.

1. What type of champions outright suck in those mode and should be rerolled. I am not looking for a specific champion but more like which class sucks in general.

Weaker ult, but still very good. Only Stuns a single target. And no AOE effect if used point blank. If used at range it stuns one and then creates a large AOE which is effectively a Nunu ult. The damage and stun duration is much larger too.

That said even her point blank ults are still great because they allow her to proc one of her passives and do a huge chunk of %max health magic damage. You can pair that with a proc from her E for some pretty formidable %max health burst.

The changes appear to be a pretty significant buff to Sejuani all around. She has a lot less AoE only her kit but is far more potent against the targets she focuses on. Good clear now too.

There's no bad champions in aram only bad teamcomps. There's no bad teamcomps in aram there's only teams unskilled enough to reach their win condition.

Rerolls should be used to try and get good teamcomps, not specific champions you enjoy.

Too many "high play making" champions is pretty much the only thing you need to avoid. An elise, lee, fizz team has a REALLY hard time achieving what they need to do to win.

Generally you're looking for poke, waveclear, objective damage, and front line fighters.
