The Undertale theory blog the writers run talks a lot about how Asgore didn't want to destroy humanity until Asriel died, and later regretted his decision but couldn't take back his promise. They spent an autismal amount of time figuring out characters' motivations, they wouldn't do something as dumb as that. They sometimes promote questionable theories, but they're generally pretty good at picking apart what's really there.

Technically it's already currently playable. All that was really needed was the Princess chart, but there were plenty of leftover characters that I felt making a Companion chart would be worth while, as well. The rules are at the top of the Princess chart. Basically, you pick the characters you want to pick and imagine a story to go along with your choices.

There's the Pacifist route, which is non-violently defeating/befriending everyone, there is the neutral endings, which are various levels of killing monsters and the Genocide ending. It should be obvious how to get that

Kill a few of them = Neutral ending (I think that's what you got)
Spare everyone = Pacifist ending
Spare everyone AND do extra quests = "True" Pacifist ending
Kill everyone = Genocide
Keep in mind that "everyone" means killing everyone in an area until no more random encounters turn up. Do this before the boss fight/town of that area for it to work.

Remember: All of them can be spared. Though at times it may be hard, they can be spared.

If you play the game and look at the sprite, his skin is very clearly yellow, and he has slitted eyes. Does this look like an Arab or a sub-saharan African to anyone?
