I've been playing for 3 years and I've only ever been silver. I don't try to improve as much as I should, I like playing new champs (champs I have 40 games on as opposed to champs I have hundreds of games on), I get tilted easily and drop divisions, and when people try to help me get better it's all negative reinforcement which I don't respond well to.
