How often do reports actually work?

Had a duo queue in comp who refused to join team chat and shit talked our team the entire time even though they were carried hard.

If you solo-queue, then its just a roulette with teammates. Best you can do is try to "carry" by playing the meta heroes or something since you are still in gold. You could also try filling in the needed roles to. Having throwers, or people who get lazy because you're up 2 rounds and then lose the entire game is inevitable, toxic people who think they're not the problems, all inevitable.
