I got him out of a box, he seems good but properly using his kit seems to take more skill then the average assassin.
His block ruins anyone with a laser though, Zaria, Azmo, and Li Ming will wreck themselves on it.

So, the Megapack thing got me back into HotS after only giving it a cursory go a while back.
I went with Flex mostly for Abathur and Azmodan and I've not been dissappointed with either.

The issue with that is that the disguise thing doesn't work in a MOBA. Anyone who is paying attention to the map will see he killed them, same thing with the notifications. Not only that, but a lot of people play partied up in something like discord, so they can just ask "Hey are you mid" "No" "Okay" then kill him. Not only that, the friendly fire system opens up other issues. Prop players probably won't fall for it, and it would be pretty worthless against anyone who focuses on auto attacks. It would also leave him without an ultimate to use in a teamfight that actually does good damage.

Basically the vision control he would provide and damage is done better by Abathur, and is far less risky.

Probably Murky. He does surprisingly high damage, can run away from pretty much everything, and barely gives you anything for killing him. Not only that, but left unchecked he pushes fucking fast and he can bribe a huge amount of mercenaries because his bribe is so cheap.
You just gotta make sure you don't run at people and die for no reason, very important
