If you just suck at driving, take it cool when driving others sale cars. Just try to cost less than the CEO and you should be in the clear. Even then, I saw someone do like 10k damage to another and nobody even batted an eye until the guy took 20minutes to turn in the fucking vehicle.

It's very easy to drive and sticks to the ground. It's like the cheetah. Very reliable. Ever driven a Bullet with popped tires? You can hardly tell one is out. GP1 exchanges speed, acceleration, and even cornering ability to be king of not spinning out. There are few to none tracks where it will get the best time. Cars at the top of the class like the x80, re7b and nero can be easily spun out and need to be driven much more carefully.

Of course, the real reason the GP1 is a handling king is because it's a one off update they want you to buy impulsively since it doesnt stand out, it is essentially an idiot tax for most people. If you bought the car for its unique driving experience or looks, then youre one of the few winners.

Truffade Nero is a great all-rounder that's also affordable, the regular version looks classy and has the T20's aero spoiler, but you lose it if you take it to Benny's in exchange for a racecar look and a tiny increase in horsepower.

this guy's about as autistic as it gets for comparing cars for the purpose of circuit racing. GTA is supposed to work track by track foir which car is best, but DLC has mitigated that quite a bit. The 'best' car still depends a bit on what type of track. For instance, the x80 and 811 have better top speeds than the nero or re-7b etc. etc.

The Turismo Classic is the fastest sports classic by a huge margin. The Z Type has a higher top speed, but the Turismo Classic is so much better in every other aspect, particularly acceleration, that you'd pretty much still never need one.

The X80 is .2 mph faster than the Nero Custom.

The 811 is probably your best bet for really top-speed intensive stuff, the Banshee 900r is slightly slower now and is all around a worse car, though the 811 itself isn't exactly good.

Windsor Drop.
It's a huge 4-door landyacht in the Coupes class with a retractable roof for maximum comfy. Getting used to it can take some time because it weighs about as much as an SUV, but it rides smoothly and doesn't get bullied around easily. It's a strong contender for my favorite 4-door in the game.

You know, I'm really trying. This game could potentially be so good if it weren't for the fucking playerbase.

I can't find any /gtag/ sessions. Fucking ever. Which leaves me to attempt to do my ceo missions in public lobbies. For some fucking reason they thought it would be a good idea to make you a large blinking red icon on everyone's map while doing them.

Everything is such a grind. And ceo missions are a risky grind. I would have no problem with modders if all they did is devalue shark cards. They don't do anything funny or fun or cool, just spawn campfires on you or something.

I might start modding myself to simply rise above the bullshit. I would no longer have to grind and be at the mercy of other modders and I might actually have fun in a game where fun is so close yet seemingly unattainable.

The surge is equally quiet, being electric, and has an all glass roof, looking like the most elegant sedan and to boot has great acceleration to make it a joy to drive for a sedan.

Learn other ways to fight and be an asset to your allies with the skills you do have. I'm terrible at straight-up PvP but I can usually maintain a kill lead over any shitters I encounter by playing smart and not getting caught in a battle of which epic sniper can out-epic the other.
Use your driving skills and knowledge of the land to make your enemy work for his kill and force him to fight on your terms as he chases you into traps you've set. In big battles, pull out a modern armored vehicle if you can and run interference to keep the enemy on his toes so your buddies can catch him off guard.
Also, recognize that the game is just plain broken and the majority of your foes will use every dirty trick in the book to gain an edge (see: BP helm, BST abuse, passive toggling, passive-to-Hydra, Hydrashitting, Insurgent reversing, ADADAD spam, EWO spam, minigun spam, homolauncher spam, sticky spam, marksman spam, heavy sniper spam, OTR spam, apartment TPing, and that's just stuff in the unmodded game) so don't let it get to you if you're getting shot to shit by some tacticool bigness-mask tryhard. The bulletproof helmet is the only clothing item that has any effect in freeroam combat. It allows you to tank one extra headshot from a player before dying. However, using it will brand you as a colossal tryhard and a shitter to everyone who sees you. Is the advantage worth it to you? You'll have to decide for yourself.
Masks' only use is removing a wanted star if you equip one while you have a 2-star or higher.
The heavy vest will halve all damage received, but only in heists, so don't wear it in freeroam or you'll look like a tool along with the BP helm guys.
