It is not MY issue that the game's buggy with AMD cards, that is the ports issue.
And actually yes, as far as technical functionality goes, SF:V didn't have this many graphical errors and glitches. I haven't experienced problems this bad.
I still have framerate drops whenever something in the background starts coming onto the screen. I didn't have that problem with SF:V or even Mortal Kombat X.

I just think playing cammy will help you improve more. I think Bison was good for you for learning punish combos and and pressure, but I think he's given you some bad habits, like hitting buttons constantly. He's a character that can do that, but it won't work on anyone who knows that game

I think cammy would be go because she has good buttons, she's a solid all around character, and she can't be play the way Bison can. I think learning her will dramatically increase how well you do with everyone, Bison included
she could get you to silver at least, and by then I think you could move back to Bison or Balrog and get up to gold. You don't want to fall into the trap of using a character you win with, instead of a character who will teach you the game
