You generally get put in games with people who are the same level as you, within a range.
When you're a level 1, you shouldn't see anyone with stars on either team, yours or the enemies'. That range will move up as you do, and by level 50 or 60 you shouldn't see anyone below level 25 or so.

It's because of this level grouping that you pretty much only get stuck with morons for a while, because 99 times out of a hundred, that level 1 in your game isn't some GM's new smurf. Only when you get higher and your level range starts to open up will you even have a chance of being matched with non-morons.

But that's just QP. In comp, the system hardly seems to give a shit about level, and just focuses on SR.
So if you really think you're hot stuff and only want to play with players as good as you, hop into comp as soon as possible.

I just threw it over the glass wall on the attacking side of last point Dorado. Another good spot is when you're defending the last point on King's Row, if you toss it from the last turn before the end-point towards the inside corner of the 2nd to last turn in that hallway behind them. As long as they aren't on the payload, they pretty much always lose at LEAST 2 guys.

In all my matches, even if i die only once or twice, i can't get more than 12k, the match is simply over by then. Playing as Ana or Mercy, its even lower with zen or Lucio.

I think this will vary based on the skill of the other players, as higher-level players will not die as often and therefore give you more to heal. If you're always keeping everyone topped off and reducing as many deaths as possible you can't control how much damage your team is taking.

I kinda want OW to have communication interface from HOTS. Finding people for group is much easier there.
