If you don't bot like an idiot (schedule randomised breaks often/bot realistic hours/use human-like mouse/randomise every timing) and use (or write) good scripts then you can bot indefinitely. Also try and stay away from regular botted activities/anything that could be detected as autoclicking, combat is fine.

I've had one account banned out of 5, 1 maxed and 2 maxed pures. The banned account was a pure levelling mage, banned for high alching for 8+ hours a day for a week straight (just stun/alch with breaks very often, no more than 4 hours a day).

first check the wiki for all the farming locations and easiest ways to get there

the main way to train is trees/fruit trees, with yews and palms you can get about 100k xp per run, doing 1 run a day

otherwise the best way to train are herb runs, the main herbs you want to farm are toadflax, rannar, snapdragon, and torstol (dwarf weeds aren't bad either)

if you're looking purely for xp and don't care about the cash then just farm the best things you can

lower level farming is just potatoes and shit, although even at 99 doing watermelons with your herb runs are good

hope it helped anon, if you need any more advice ask me, I have like 16m farming xp (I know not as much as some here, I slacked for like a year)
