Tesoro is aquired through a Raid Boss... All you have to do is beat it when it's out and you have it.

Comparatively, you need luck to have TS Franky or SW Shanks considering they are only available through Rare Recruit. SW Shanks more so considering you have to pull during Sugo Fest to get him.

You're supposed to use Kinemon alongside TS Luffy or Invasion Shanks in a Free Spirit. Kinemon gets a QCK/DEX/PSY/TND/RCV orb? Everyone gets one, and that means everyone gets a matching orb too. On his own, he is pretty damn weak but he does combo well with other units.
He's still pretty damn for an RR I will admit, but he's not entirely useless.

That won't even get you to Shanks himself. There are 2 sub-bosses.
-Lucky Roo reduces your HP by 20% every turn, hits for 15k every 3 turns, and heals for 80k every turn. Covered with fodder of course.
-Ben Beckman blinds you, reduces your HP by another 20%, and hits for 15k every turn, but starts at 2.
Both have 500k HP, so no way you kill them with that damage.
And again, Shanks clears buffs every turn, Usopp would only last you 1 turn.

Kinemon gives everyone their own orb. If you get RCV/TND on him, EVERYONE gets RCV or TND, so you use Shanks first so they all turn into matching. If Kinemon has a QCK/DEX/PSY orb, they all turn into those orbs, so you use TS Luffy first for a full board of matching.
It all depends on what you get whether you use one or the other. There's no need to be mean or angry, if someone is wrong just inform them properly and move on.
