My apple pie says people don't know how to build and play rakan as he's not as straightforward as you might think based on his kit. Hell I've been spamming rakan nonstop since minute one on release (I'm the highest mastery rakan I've seen yet) and I still don't know jack about the proper way to build him. The general consensus is coin... or spell dagger into sightstone, then redemption. After that is as good a guess as any. I love coin since the active goes well with his ult, and after redemption I go utility madman with banner of command, zzroth, locket, what have you and top it all of with GA.

ahri main since s4 here. she was literally fine with her charm amplifier, and deathfire. they removed deathfire which really hurt her. and then they decided that the mini dfg on her charm was just as unhealthy as actual dfg, so they just completely removed the charm passive with her challenger skin. in the same patch, they gave her the q ms buff. they really underestimated just how strong/well it would synergize with her kit. she's never really been bad. just unpopular at points. she'll get nerfed very soon, no doubt.

I highly recommend you give ww a shot. He has high sustain in the jungle and it sounds like he's going to provide you with the things you want. He builds tanky but he clears like a dps. You'll do damage and not get popped in two shots. Also his e has insane defensive stats. If you time it right you're going to negate tons of damage.

If I remember right they said they're nerfing the everloving shit out of malz slowly but surely right now because his Voidling rework made him so fucking unbalanceable that e needs a total rework. Honestly I thought he was pretty okay before they reworked the voidy spawn system but I guess people are too retarded to avoid a bug or space aids. I wouldn't mind his R getting changed slightly but it's tied pretty close to his gameplay identity. To me, Malz is "Lock enemy down, melt him slowly in that time". I don't think that's totally unbalanced as a playstyle, but it does make his teamfighting difficult to balance. He's either an instawin because you ult the right target or useless because he can't get to them. I wouldn't mind if they made him essentially a more DPS/CC version of Singed with his heavy AoE DoT.
