/egg/ - Engineering Games General - Formerly /svgg/

stop using hydrogen edition
previous ded: >>174601604

The thread is dedicated to all games about building machines and systems out of blocks, in space or otherwise. Also, all these games are ded. Only ded games may join, otherwise they must have their own thread.
Whether or not a game belongs in /egg/ is a case by case matter, however games that would belong in /svgg/, space voxel games general, are automatically considered /egg/

WebM for physicians:
>gitgud.io/nixx/WebMConverter.git

List of currently known and vaguely not dead /egg/ games (this list is not fully inclusive and if you think a game might belong here, feel free to ask):
>Algodoo
>Avorion
>Besiege
>Chode - Children of a Dead Earth
>Empyrion - Galactic Survival
>Factorio
>From the Depths
>GearBlocks
>Garry's mod
>Homebrew - Vehicle Sandbox
>Infinifactory
>Intersteller Rift
>KOHCTPYKTOP: Engineer of the People
>Machinecraft
>REM
>Robocraft
>Robot Arena 2
>Scrap Mechanic
>SHENZEN I/O
>Space Engineers
>SpaceChem
>StarMade
>Skywanderers

Games that are definitely not /egg/:
>Minecraft
>The general that quite literally cannot be named. The Mexican scam artist one. With the shitposters. Fuck off.
>Shadowverse, found in the shadowverse general, /svg/, not in this general

Information about these games, such as where to get them if they're not on steam, trailers, /egg/ conquered/hosted servers, and other shit can be found in this pad:

If for some insane reason someone needs a rotary dashpot in this game, you can make one using an overdriven propeller with the blades mounted at high pitch. Obviously it's not an ideal dashpot since drag works with the square of speed, but if you just need some damping you will be okay.

So when they have dampeners on the foundation of buildings out in Cali, is this similar to what you might expect to find?

>>174860226
You need something to remove energy from the counterweights or else they will act like pendulums. That's what a dashpot does.

>>174859362
What I really want to see is a Coulumb gun (by analogy to a Gauss gun). There have been a few tests, but you can only put so many megavolts into them before an arc forms between the rings.
>>
how is a piston dampener (dashpot), related to this>>174859158?
>>
>>174860513

>>174859158 is a rotary dashpot, which is the spinny analogue to a linear dashpot. This guy https://youtu.be/f1U4SAgy60c makes a simple rotary dashpot by tightening the screw on his pendulum. The pendulum robs energy from the building, but the dashpot is what dissipates it as heat.

They exist. Electrostatic accelerators are used to accelerate dust particles up to km/s velocities for hypervelocity impact studies:
http://impact.colorado.edu/facilities.html

Now if you could make one with a dust beam power on the order of gigawatts and put that bad boy on the moon, you could probably completely shit up earth orbit with moon dust. Like tonnage quantities per hour.

The cool part is that the acceleration length necessary to get the delta V to put dust grains on a highly elliptical orbit with a low periapis, is rather short, meters rather than kilometers long. So once we have sufficient power it becomes really easy to build these sand blasters from hell.

If we are really clever, we might be able to take advantage of radiation pressure to transfer our dust into LEO or GEO and seriously fuck shit up. Hell we can double the fun by put the dust into a retrograde orbit.

>blanket the earth in smoke to cut the machines off of their solar power
What could possibly go wrong?
Ignoring the whole "how do smoke" issue, let's say the plan goes through:
Great, there's no sunlight for the machines... or plants, which ironically are required for every single bit of food produced.
It means that all food now must be grown with artificial lights. Given that humans have other power sources, I'd expect machines to have some as well.

Adding to that, day to day life now sucks - it'd suck even if there wasn't a war going on.
It's pitch black night all the time, which means you need lights all the time.
Society's power consumption will *explode*, whereas machines might not care all that much.
Who's to say they rely on optics similar to human eyes?

The only place where it's an explicitly bad idea is with iron smelting.
Iron ore is smelted to iron plates, which is then grabbed again and smelted into steel.
Unless carefully managed, such a setup will quickly spiral into a deadlock.

I always wondered how they "grew" humans.

>It's pitch black night all the time, which means you need lights all the time.
That's not the case.
Just making it hazy (even dusty, really) is enough to drastically reduce the available power harnessed through solar panels.

That's probably better unless trains cannot take it where it needs to be in time. Maybe tracks have been damaged or somehow it's too wide for the rail line but not too wide for road transport or something.

Better range, better fuel economy, better top speed, and/or does less damage to pavement?

The problem is that these things require hard vacuum to work due to arcing concerns. Nobody is going to use a vacuum chamber to test a weapon that could feasibly destroy said vacuum chamber. We're not getting anywhere with these guns until there is at least a machine shop in space, then these things lose a shit-ton of weight while potentially being more power-efficient than railguns because of high voltage/low current.
>>
>>174882329
Tanks are super inefficient. A dedicated tanker is probably cheaper and easier to maintain.

Batteries start fully charged. (This is in respect to the shield changes, to prevent alpha strikes from being unfair.)
>No more oneshotting cheesefucks before they put their shields up

Turrets can be motorized, causing them to turn faster at the cost of energy.

Accuracy penalty from Disruptor headpieces (APS) removed.

I feel like chode and ftd are the exact opposite of each other. Smaller is better in chode whereas ftd gives all the benefits to 50K+ block monstrosities with 10 layers of shields and enough anti-missile guns to tear most reasonable designs in half. chode also doesn't care about balance as long as it's scientifically accurate, whereas ftd doesn't care about balance as long as the balance is skewed towards the aforementioned monstrosities.

We should come up with a method of rating /egg/ games. I've got a prototype of it with three categories
>autism
>keencodedness
>physician-friendliness
Autism is how in-depth the engineering is, with something like spongos or empyrion being a 1, chode being a 9, and real life being 10.
Keencodedness is self-explanatory, how glitchy something is. Factorio is probably a 1 since I've never had any issue with it, spongos is obviously 10.
Physician-friendliness is how hard it is to pick up, lego games like robocraft being 1, and chode being 10. 1 doesn't mean easy for physicians, just doable with the slightest amount of patience and willingness to learn.
>>
>>174917662
Cool, let's see here

Empryrion

>KC: a solid 5
>PF: 3 because collision check failures

>>

You'd be slow too if you had a skeleton inside you.
>>

>>174917662
Infinifactory
>A: 7 (plenty of optimisation/spaghetti options)
>KC: 1
>PF: 3 (simple building system, but difficulty ramps up good after a while)

So it's still a decent game, but not really that /egg/-like.

They multiplied all liquid counts by 10. So tanks are 10x as big, but everything also produces and consumes 10x as much. Except for the sulfuric acid recipe, which still takes 10 units of water, and inexplicably turns that into 50 units of acid

Boat development continues in earnest. Closest is the first production type of the destroyer I'd already shared in the thread. I'm calling it the Kay-Class, having already begun naming equipment and ships after Arthurian legend, it seemed a good fit. It ended up at around 40k resources, but it's a very good multi-purpose destroyer. It's pretty awful against shielded naval craft, though it tends to do well enough to plink flying squirrels out of the air.

After getting proof of concept done for carrier-deck launched, docking station based fighters and then watching them explode for no goddamn reason, I started work on the other two ships visible.

Middle and second closest is a prototype for a missile destroyer/frigate. It's supposed to be a cheaper alternative to the Kay with a bit of a Katyusha flavor to the main armament. Probably going to go nearly unguided for the sake of a larger payload and just spam HE/Frag missiles. Superstructure is super WIP and might get completely redone.

Furthest back is more of a floating rocket-sled than a boat, but I'm calling it the Nimueh. It carries and gathers resources while being difficult to track by either sonar or radar. Completely unarmed, but very maneuverable and a cool 22 m/s for fairly low fuel costs. At 8000ish RP it's also a very affordable transport. In another universe where oil was still a thing, I'd probably be using these a lot going to and from refineries, but since the UNIFYING I'm probably just going to have to have a few to drag resources to forward bases.

No, unfortunately no. The barrels had to be made pretty long to get a good engagement range on the secondary cannons. Otherwise, the only weapon the Kay had with any range is the main cannon.

The cannons will likely look less silly on larger craft.

Babby's first circuit project (and arguably the most useful thing to do with it) is to regulate the cracking of oil.
Basically, using a wire you connect a liquid storage tank and either a pump or a power switch.
The pump/power switch then enables/disables a group of chemical plants set to crack one oil product.
Once set up, you never have to worry about accidentally cracking all your heavy oil and thus running out of lube for belts or bots.

There's other more advanced uses such as preventing steam engines from running day and night if you're using a hybrid power system.
Another is pic related, where you carefully control the input of raw materials into production, allowing you to use a single belt for both raw material and product.
Currently trending is a similar concept known as "smart smelting", where a group of smelters handles more than just one type of ore based on current demand.
Finally, you can go full autism and play a music video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgfwwqwxdxY&t=1s

>>174927518
You're not getting any higher production off one belt, anon; 40% of the used belt's throughput.
Compare this to an "ideal" setup of two iron belts, three copper belts and two output belts. Your production would then be only two sevenths (less than 29%) of the used belts' throughput.
One-belt is the future of muh throughput.

I'm new to factorio and I am experimenting with pollution and I have run into a situation I can't figure out.

I have an Iron deposit that is split between two chunks so I put one electric miner with three efficiency modules in each chunk. There are no other buildings in these chunks. They are both on grass and one chunk has a lot of trees.

Looking at the map with the pollution debug on the electric miner in the tree chunk reads 1.8/-0.080/-0.008 which matches the 1.8 pollution in the tooltip, I assume the -0.080 is the absorption from the trees and the -0.008 is the ground tiles. The second chunk reads ~17/-0/-0.008 and it pushes pollution to adjacent chunks.

Why is one miner causing so much more pollution than another when they both have the same efficiency modules?

Why would this miner

>>
>>174934348
Oh fuck me, guess I haven't restarted my client. I'm not even quite ready to start on blue myself.

You can cycle underground belts to get more items running in less width. Labs are long and two underground belt above ground junctions are 4 long so you have a stable oscillation between belts so you can have 4 items running on a belt system that is effectively the same width as a single belt.

You can run two meta belts like this for a total of 8 items which, if I did my math right, is more than 7.
>>

Best I could come up with. Run a single belt beside the meta belt and interlace 3 items on it in a loop so it doesn't back up. Adding a 4th inserter requires halving the number of labs by area.
>>
>>174938747
Why not just run a meta belt on the west side? It just increases the width by one tile compared to a second belt on the east.
>>

>>
>>174939213
Oh because this image would be mirrored on both sides, you have a column of labs on either side of the belt line and then the labs on each side of the belt have another set of labs butted right up against them.

Having a meta belt on the west side with two more inserters solves the loading problem but the space used balloons. In this design you have a 4x3 foot print for each lab and a shared 2 spaces for the belts between columns. If you did a meta belt on each side of a lab the foot print would be 5x3 with another 2 shared. This would mean a complete rebuild of the common space efficient design of most lab clusters.

Certainly a good idea for a new build.

You need to pull from both metabelt systems to get all of the new science packs.

4 long inserters pulling from the two meta belts in between two columns of labs is the same width as 4 fast inserters pulling from a meta belt on either side of one column of labs.

>still no idea on what circuit networks would even be good for.

* Controlling cracking as mentioned in >>174927109. Put heavy-to-light and light-to-gas cracking plants on power switches connected to the tanks. Only enable the switch if heavy>light or light>gas respectively. This will try to keep all three at the same level, so you don't end up with no gas and unable to produce more because the heavy oil tank is full, etc.

* Making trains leave stations when there's only a trivial amount of ore available (the "inactivity" condition won't trigger if there's a constant trickle of ore being loaded). Wire all the chests together and to the stop. Set the wait condition to "circuit condition".

* Prioritised splitting: connect the two belts coming out of a splitter; set one to read belt contents (hold mode), set the other to enable if quantity>=6. The second belt will only run if the first belt is backing up.

* Storing excess items: you have a belt supplying a row of assemblers. Put an inserter at the end of the belt moving items to a chest. Connect a wire from the inserter to the section of belt before the first assembler, set to read belt contents (hold mode). Enable the inserter if quantity>=6 (i.e. the belt is backing up). So if you're producing faster than you consume, store the excess.

You can do far more complex things, but the above are simple and generally useful.

If you fucks were proud of what you're doing or had any common sense you'd be hyping the shit out of your open beta. Youd have fags out on social media shilling the fuck out of it and having give aways for limited edition special parts and paints. Youd make sure everyone and their mother knew your game is going open beta to the masses.

But nope. Lets stay totally silent about it, so that thew only people who play our game in open beta are the 500 people from closed beta coming back.

>I never have any issues
Then you're not paying close enough attention, or just happen to build very small setups.
Pictured is a 4:5 ratio of electronics:wire, whereas the "correct" ratio is 2:3.
In other words, some of your assemblers are only working part-time - you effectively only have 6.33 green chip assemblers (and 1.66 idle assemblers).

>relying on modules on unfuck an early-game setup
Shit-tier advice.
If you're building this kind of fuckery, then you plan on using modules from the start.

> why do that when you could just do this
Muh throughput.
One-belt is for the most part cheaper, more compact and has higher production compared to the number of belts used.
The advantages of one-belt increases as the goal production increases and belts are upgraded.
Look at your setup: two copper belts, one iron belt and one output belt.
Of the total belt throughput, the output only makes up 25% - versus the onebelt setup which is at 40%

>>174930820
>calculate ratio of raw materials
>setup up combinator counters to keep track of input
>set up belts with logic, so that they do not allow more input if its perturbs ratio of input materials
That's the basics of it. If you fuck up any of the above steps, your build will inevitably go into deadlock.
If you want to do it properly, you'll also need a "pollution filter" and "backlog protection".
The former is pretty simple, and only requires a belt and a filter inserter.
When the belt registers a specific piece of raw material, it stops - letting the inserter remove it. Repeat this for every type of raw material.
The latter keeps an eye on the output bus, and only allows the production to receive new raw material if said bus is empty OR there's significant throughput

That sounds like wankery about the subject of wankery. Mathematicians mathematicianing mathematics. The proof of some very specific problem in number theory that doesn't have much purpose outside of mathematical analysis. It has more worth than non-art, that's for sure, but that worth is entirely academic, and academic in a niche way at that. Its results might prove to have a real life application but, by itself, it's important only in its very specific field.

First guess is that it's a case of Bernoulli's equation.
Wind on the western side is compressed and pushed over the mountains, resulting in high pressure/low velocity.
When said wind "expands" on the eastern side, pressure drops and velocity picks up.

Assuming inserters can still pull fuel from boilers, then one could still have boilers in rows where each row is the fuel source for the next until the throughput of your inserters, belts, or fuel production becomes a bottleneck.

Running it on the other side and using a two deep long inserter set up were discussed as the best options but the original goal was to keep the same foot print of the old lab layout which doesn't seem like an option without dropping half the labs for inserters on the sides or without possibly slowing research by using 1 belt for 3 items.

Am I the only one that hates the current direction of adding more and more game modes? It makes the game much more fragmented. There's no way to compare two factories anymore.

They should just decide how the game is meant to be played and maybe give us five preset options. Not only do we now have settings for pollution, enemy expansion, even recipe and research difficulties.

I don't want to spend hours tweaking the settings of a game. The devs should do their job and give me a balanced map right from the start.

It's not a jam so much as an incorrect allocation. If I have 5 mining stations, 5 trains (one for each station) and 10 production stations, if two production stations require more ore (and the other 8 are idle), I would like 2 trains to go to one production station, and 3 to the other. But if I only control train destination, and if all trains have copied orders (so that their possible destinations are all listed in the same order) then if I control train destination only by enable/disable state of stations, all 5 trains will incorrectly go to 1 station. This is not ideal.

I was gonna call bullshit since 700 is still pretty far from 1k, but then I remembered that the juice subscription is $35 a week. That's $140 per month.
So the machine at its original price plus two months of service is about a thousand burgerbucks even before taking any sales tax [if present] into account.
They did cut the price of the machine to $400, but that's still pretty crazy and the 'savings' get eaten up by another two months of service.
The fucking madmen.

You guys ever heard of Simpleplanes?

Not sure if it's /egg/ enough, but it certainly incorporates a lot of technical aspects.

Showing here is one of my first attemps at creating something that's low-speed, high-stability. I also happen to have a hard-on for anything inter-war with wings.

If anyone's interested, I can show some more aircraft(and boat) designs

My latest creation, an airplane/boat hybrid. This is where I finally started to stray from boring "It flies pretty well" to unnecessary gimmicks and gizmos.

At first, it's a regular sea-plane with floats, but I made it able to close it's wings and spread the floats for more stability. It also has airbrakes on the lower side, Simpleplanes' devs were kind enough to incorporate real drag in water, so using the airbrakes underwater at high speeds makes the vessel go nuts, pretty funny to watch

I have an idea to reduce complexity
Attach the floats to the inner wing sections, and instead of having the inner sections fold all the way in have them go about 40 degrees upwards (outer sections still fold flat onto them).
That way the floats still go out sideways, but don't require their own mechanisms

I have a few, but I'm not too big on combat, Here's a spyplane/groundattack glider I made
As for enemies, yes and no.
In the freeplay mode, airplanes you've saved yourself fly around, and as soon as you target them with air-to-air, they'll go hostile (provided they have weapons installed as well)
As for ground targets, there's an aircraft-carrier, escorted by two cruisers, and on a certain island there's a military convoy to attack, all neutral at first until provoked
For weapons in the game, there's a minigun, wing-mounted autocannons, an air-to-ground missile, one big and one small bomb, a missile pod, and two different kinds of air-to-air missiles.

As far as I'm aware, there's no countermeasure against missiles, except agility

>>175013563

Shit, that's not a too bad idea, I'll give it a go

>>175013589

It takes some getting used to, agreed

Say you've got 20 mining bases that might need replacements from time to time
You could have a train constantly visiting every single one, but chances are none will take anything from the train

So, you circuit it up so if some items are low, a warning signal is sent to the warehouse, in turn sending the train away. This would mean the train still has to visit a ton of stations doing jack shit until it stops at the right station, then visit the rest until going back to the warehouse and resting til another station calls

That's where disabling stations comes in, optimizing the number of journeys the train has to do

It got a lot faster on water due to the reduced drag, so steering the vessel on high speed constantly results in spin-outs. The added speed is welcome though, it was always a slow one in boat-mode. I'll iron out the wrinkles eventually.

Here's another plane I made, I wanted to use the more advanced "Fuselage" blocks, making a mock-cockpit

But with the resources from both that POI and some strip mining with the Ladybug, I have finally amassed enough resources to get Ulysses!

Transferring everything from various ships, hovercrafts, and finally my base and old CV to the new one was so fucking tedious. I'm glad it's over.

I wish you could decomission old ships and automatically deconstruct them into parts. As it is I'll probably just leave this empty husk behind for some feckless wanderer to come across.

>I wish you could decomission old ships and automatically deconstruct them into parts.

They could easily do it, but its not in game for multiplayer reasons. Mainly so that some faggot cant just go "Oh no, my capital ship is in danger!", and instantly break it down into blocks in him and his friends inventory and then log off so you cant kill them.

It could easily be solved though by having shipyard docks or something where you can dock at a base and have it broken down into raw parts there and nowhere else.

The server we used to play on, and will probably play on after the big update has a custom feature they are adding where you can type in a command and your ship will break down into parts, but youll only get about 50% of your blocks back. Better than nothing I guess if you want to quickly remove some scrap ship you dont want anymore.

Spengies isn't complex. One of the reasons it so shitty is that it never had a proper design document done. It's a spaceship crashing tech demo that got popular so they nigger rigged it into a proper "game".

Any copycat automatically has a huge advantage over spengos for that reason alone.
>>
>>175055163
Things spengies has over shitpyrion:
>round planets
>seamless infinite worldmap
>block deformation
>pressure simulation
>physics
>physically based rendering
>moving parts

The tech is complex, the devs are incontinent (and incompetent), hence space engineers (tm)

Empyrion is literally a babby's first unity game

Sure why not. It might be a jarring experience after playing something stable like ftd though. You have to go into SE assuming that it's going to crash all the fucking time and every update is going to break something. The main appeal of the game is multiplayer but the multiplayer is fucking awful and the combat sucks.

Basically people only play it because it's the only space voxel game with engineering.

DING is what you get when you go to deepspace (the safest place to store the loot), every 5 seconds a message pops up saying "you need warp drive to travel outside your sector" with a very annoying DING

Can't turn it off, can't turn it down, only muting the game works. It's still there in aplha 7.

Grids also gently vibrate at that distance from the planet.

Nothing
The core stops heating up at 1000 C
Thermal Exchangers need 500 C to work
Steam heats up to 500 C if coming out of a working TE

Assuming you're running the turbines at full power:
Right now a single core makes enough for 4 TE, which is enough for 6,8 turbines, add 4 more TE for every neighbour bonus. Then calculate that neigbour's TEs (aka sum all percentages and divide by 100: that's how many cores you actually have)

Any less TEs than that, and the core will heat up
Any more TEs than that, and your reactor will cool down
Whateverr the case, the fuel cell will burn out at the same speed, even if not generating power

You could optimize it so fuel is only inserted when getting lower than 600 C, or connecting extra TEs when the core is hot enough to fill tanks for emergency power, neat stuff like that.
But that's going to be moot until you can connect the temperature to the circuit network

If there's one thing I've learned about PVP multiplayer it's that it ruins everything and makes you live in constant fear; I'd ratger be comfy. Is there a co-op PVE mode where you can build things together and coordinate raids on ayylmao bases? That'd be fun. All I've done has been SP .

Not with centrifuges, I'll tell you that much. You need to separate ATOMS from similar atmos that weigh just a couple *neutrons* more. What kind of centrifuge do you think will do that?

IIRC it includes a gasseous uranium mixture, very very tall pipes and magnets. The whole process has like 50 redudant stages and takes forever.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garden_of_Eden_(cellular_automaton)

>In Greg Egan's novel Permutation City, the protagonist uses a Garden of Eden configuration to create a situation in which a copy of himself can prove that he is living within a simulation. Previously all his copies had found themselves in some variant of the "real world" after being terminated; although they had memories of being simulated copies living in a simulation, there was always a simpler explanation for how those memories came to be. The Garden of Eden configuration, however, cannot occur except in an intelligently designed simulation. The religious parallels are intentional.[20]

They're much larger, and if you're running on coal, need more of it due to the inefficiency of steam power.

But nuclear changes the equation. Once you have an enrichment process up and running, nuclear is almost-free electricity, day and night, without needing to cover half the map in solar panels. The up-front cost is pretty steep, though.

Yes. By default they consume 2x the energy of steel furnaces, due to boiler inefficiency. Adding two Efficiency 1 modules reduces the energy consumption to 40% of the default, or 80% of a steel furnace.

However, in adding modules you've also massively increased the construction cost.
Meanwhile, the electric furnace is still larger, without being the slightest bit faster.

But Electric can be effected by becons to make them faster, steel can't. Speedy when you need it, efficient when you don't

In all honesty, the main reason I use electric whenever I can is so my factory doesn't come to a grinding halt whenever my coal line dry up.

1: A real universe must be self-consistent, i.e. its physical laws compliment and interact together in a seamless way - there are no inconsistencies in the universe.
2: Our universe is real.
3: All the physical laws in our universe can be expressed in a mathematical or logical way.
Therefore, any universe whose laws we can express mathematically or logically without errors must be real.

Which again, massively increases the building costs.
At that point, you might as well just build even more steel furnaces.

>so my factory doesn't come to a grinding halt whenever my coal line dry up
Frankly, this is the only reasonable argument in favour of electric furnaces: convenience.
However, coal usually appears in greater quantity than ore, yet smelting only consumes a tiny amount (more than 25 ore per coal with steel furnaces).
Provided you're only using coal for smelting, plastics and coal liquification, then you shouldn't run into any scarcity issues with coal specifically.

Just because something can happen exist doesn't mean it does. There's no way to predict whether or not there's a complete bluray box-set of Firefly seasons 2-8 floating around tha universe somewhere, so you can't just say "there is."
>>
>>175174262
How bad are we talking about?

And still, isn't saying that you cannot put it into use anymore (keep trying till you get a working embryo) more or less the same as "well, the first 5 attempts at flight failed, no more experiments in that field"?
>>
>>175175806
OFF and ON times indicate the time range when the sensor should trip the alarm.
If this was C, I would write something like,

if(rtc > off && rtc < on && sensor >= 20)
alarm=100;

I suck at this instruction set.

With the second microcontroller I ran out of ordinary I/O pins, so I put that little microcontroller there and interfaced from the RTC's ordinary pin output to one of the second microcontroller's available xbus inputs.

Instead of that, it should be the other way around.
Do the clock number checking in the first microcontroller, then just let the other microcontroller know whether it should bother checking the sensor and tripping the alarm.

Oh, and the dev blog has been nothing but jewish-type bullshit. "PLEASE WELCOME OUR NEW TEAM MEMBER SO-AND-SO" "LIVE STREAM DEVBLOG" "CHRISTMAS SPECIAL UPDATE." You know, bullshit to cover up the complete lack of any development.

Error rate is too high. You'd have to make a bunch of retard babies before you got space marines.

No, what they are saying is we should stick to a wind tunnel for now rather than trying to jump off a cliff in a poorly made wingsuit.

They didn't say stop doing experiments on embryos, they just said they shouldn't carry them to term
