Why not? I don't think it's the best idea in the world, but it was a good goal for me at the time. It would be inefficient to craft anything before crafting it all in one go, as cards could change in value due to nerfs, or I could open them. I've had a soul dealer since I started playing and I never vialed it, now it's viable. The same could happen to other cards.

Is that true though? It's silly, but here's how I got the idea. I used to play MTG, and then later HS, quit both. I watched Kripp stream HS, and something that struck me was how he planned to get every single card in the game, one of the most P2W games I had ever seen. Of course he spent a ton of money on it. I wanted to do the same for free in SV, a much more generous game. I was fine with waiting a long time as long as I could eventually do it. The problem is the game is slowly becoming unplayable for me unless I renege on my earlier limitation.

My bad, I forgot it. But I think there still is a difference. Roach and silver bolt are designed to single-handedly win you the game. Levi isn't.

Daria wins through synergy with spellboost. While Levi is a good card, you don't need him to win, and he actually has anti-synergy with Daria since he can't be reduced and only contributes much value if you can evolve him.

Dshift wins through using enchanted blade on a follower and then using Dshift for extra turns. This doesn't require Levi. While blade mage is optimal, any of the followers in your deck can be buffed and used to end the game.

How is Forest supposed to beat Shadow at all in TotG? Shadow can outzerg you, outward you, outminion you, their Last Word effects are more potent than Forest's Fanfares, and Shadow's followers have actual proper stats along with their effects, in addition to not requiring evolve points or hand dumping for half of their effects.

-Hardly any aggro blood, it's either kys blood which will have board flood with annoying high HP followers like Yurius and Imp thanks to Airjammer and 4 damage storm followers or it's control which can potentially OTK or leave you with just 1 health with the Azazel + Laura combo.

Maybe I'm just bad, but Haven in general just seems awful this expansion.

Ouroubouros? Yeah, once that comes out you are probably fucked unless you have lethal, ideally you should kill them before they can even put down Ourobouros, you can't afford to play the long game against dragon.

Also it might be that the deck itself is simply not working out for you on A rank, have you tried running anything else? I remember that I simply could not win anymore with my blood deck in B, so I had to switch to dragoncraft to enter into A, back when I was ranking up.
How about you try running this one? It is a cheap deck and it can kill dragon faster than any sword, granted it also runs out of steam faster, but you are not supposed to drag the game out. If you go first with this deck, you have a very good chance of ending their lives on turn 4-6. Just go face with it and win.

I'm thinking of trying to slot in a couple of copies of lily to get around Ouroboros and other obnoxious huge followers, so what's the cut? I hate making Goblin Mage less consistent, but I think 3 May is too important to cut. Will of the Forest has also been performing very well since it BTFOs shadow's reaper boards while still acting as fairly costed single target removal for big things against Dragon, but despite all of that, I feel like 3 may be too many.

Neptune just fills your board but doesn't directly help with evolving, which is the main problem with Simulacrum.

Grea does fill up 1 of those Evos, but that is assuming you want to evolve her as well and can keep both alive for your T9, at which point you want to play a card with more impact than a minion with better-than-average stats as its only ability.
