Not worth spending rupies on it. The games are decided literally on the quality of options you have during the draft. Some games you can draft crazy leggos and others you get shit like Demonic Simulacrum while you go up against Ouroboros. Bronzes and Silver cards are also game winning now too. Zombie party or Dragoon Scyther can literally solo win games.

That's what some anon claimed and he explained the cause of it in details, but I still haven't found a Ginger to test it. Basically Ginger applies the debuff that prevents a card from attacking face/triggering its effects as soon as it hits the board. If Ginger isn't on the board, that debuff is never applied. The cost reduction effect is applied to all cards in your hand when Ginger is played, and it lasts until the end of the turn whether she's still alive or not.

It doesn't make her good, but I thought it was interesting

In the majority of games it's an 11 damage 3 card combo (mary, dire bond, razory claw) at 10pp which is not the most amazing combo in the world.

She's better now than she was in RoB for sure. Can combo with Belphegor for up to 10 damage, Baphomet-reduced Temptresses keep you alive to 10pp and can both chip their healh down to Mary kill range as well as restoring your health for the aforementioned Belph combo. However Dragon also killed every control deck so CBlood is unplayed.

Always skip. Best RNG and you only have to be disappointed once.

I hate the balancing mentality of Cygames. They don't balance this game based on the strength of cards. They do it based on the strength of the class. So if a class is not performing well, they give it a bunch of overpowered cards instead of a series of strong cards or just nerfing other overpowered cards. That's how we get things like Sybil, Zell, and Lightning Blast printed as though there is nothing wrong with it. That's why Levi was printed. These cards in a vacuum break the logic of the game and are way too strong, but are not evaluating by the devs in this fashion. It's an awful way to balance the game and I feel like it is very bluntly done like this for the sake of trying to make money. They knew everyone would flock to Dragon so they made sure most of its heavy hitters are legendaries. It's such a trash design philosophy and one of the only things that Hearthstone is better with.

In the end of the day, you can't have cards like Albert, Eachtar, and Sybil be allowed to have three copies. It's too good. The concept of a legendary in Shadowverse is extremely stupid. This is why tcg have bans and limits on certain cards. They aren't always balanced, but sometimes rather than nerf or remove them you can limit the number of them to tone down the consistency. Shadow will almost always have Eachtar by Turn 7. Dragon will always have just about all its best stuff on curve. Sword will almost always get Albert. It's terrible.

It's just never been good. She has no evolve effect which is probably her biggest problem. There's no real reason for her to be a follower. She comes down at a point to where everyone can easily remove her with a removal spell or by evolving. You have to wait a turn or else you need to wait until late game in order to do combos with her.

And the combos you do are all relatively mediocre. Mary decks force you to run a lot of sub optimal cards and as a Control Blood main I often found that she just sits in your hand doing nothing. It's such a shame because I love her. She has some of my favorite voice lines, art, and in general I love the design philosophy of the card. She's very well balanced, but you never want a well balanced card in a game like this. You need strong cards, and she isn't strong.

But I'm right. A big part of why a lot of legendaries aren't a bigger problem in Hearthstone is because it makes up 1/30 of your deck. This opens up more design space too because you can make these cards a little stronger than regular cards without negatively impacting the game. Albert negatively impacted the game. Eachtar, Zell, Bahamut, and Sybil have near killed this entire game. I've never seen the community for Shadowverse as negative as it is now. We are basically in the same boat that the Hearthstone community was ever since they had buffed Shaman (but before the recent expansion)
