Team setup seems fine, Minfilia might be a bit extraneous but certain situations would really make her shine. Emperor can outdamage Exdeath in most cases so he'd be a safe bet to get to 6* and WoL's gonna be really good once his comes. Other than that, pretty gud.

I like XI, but my grudge with SE is more for the apparent lack of a plan to future-proof the game in some way - the world, characters and many systems are great, but are mostly held back by the early PS2 constraints.

But they failed spectacularly at, or worse, never bothered, presenting XI's world, major stories and character to people not already playing it.

Now that PS2 is finally dropped as a requirement, instead of upgrading the infrastructure a bit to support faster connection and/or dropping PlayOnline, the most they'll bother with are mobile spin-offs that can't be expected to do the original's world and immersion justice.

And then they put XIV's director in charge of the online game division. Gee, I wonder if that affects how budgets are assigned to the games...
