So far I've gathered that they raised the cap to +7 with the Union patch. But what I don't understand is what exactly the difference between strength and all attribute buffs is.
Let's say I have a +1 strength medal and a +1 PSM or all attribute medal (I assume those are the same), aren't those basically the same effects? How exactly do they stack? Is it for a combined +7 or could I theoretically push +7 strength and get an additional +7 of a specific attribute on top? Clarification would be really appreciated.
