That's the best part: he doesn't even need TMs. He's great before enhancements, and a fucking god after them.

The only things he can equip out of the gate are accessories. You can pull off a 100% passive provoke setup if you grab iris's shield (base 3* on an amazing banner) and the free equip shield accessory, plus the free flat HP accessory.
But his LB gives him 100% provoke anyway, and it's not like he's gonna be doing much else.
