Most likely. They're releasing late 2017 and early 2018 so you have time to think whether you want the character at all. It could be fucking Naruto for all we know with a shit game mode to go with him, or maybe you'll lose interest in the game before 2018 anyway. The metallic colors are exclusive to the season pass I think, rest is available separately. You could also buy the season pass later on if you like.

Having said all that, buy the deluxe ed.

I think they reworked how her stance holds work (don't remember how exactly) and she doesn't have Togiri (D canceling specials to lessen the recovery frames) anymore. I think she is low tier now instead of mid like she was before, but I'm not really an expert on UNIEL and mostly just combo boared with yuzu in PC version

Might consider changing character if that ever comes on PC

at the risk of sounding like a capcom shill, ill say this.

If you look at the steam logged in user graph, its basically a sine curve, there are just more people on at certain times of day, its just how it goes

once this is mapped you can tell how much server space and other resources you need to maintain that.

The problem is with new characters and stuff in street fighter 5 (or other games), that there are so many more people on than normal that shit starts to bog down and give people a hard time. What would work well for a normal day doesnt work for launch day. So theres really 2 options, either just get what you need for a regular day or buy all those extra resources and then have left over (wasted money).

It sucks but its just how things go

Let's go over what will happen:
-CFN Beta will be ANNOUNCED in the coming weeks
-When they ANNOUNCE the beta, it will be another week or two for it to launch.
-When the beta is finished, it will take even more weeks for them to look at the results and make changes.
-They will then announce an announcement
-Weeks later the announcement well say the final release date
-Final release date will be in June
-They will be announcing all sorts of new stuff at E3 at this point
-Sagat and a bunch of other announcements will be announced while we still havent even gotten the April DLC character because they tied it to the CFN patch in the code base
-Finally at the end of June they will announce the CFN update with the April DLC character is ready and Abigail the June DLC character is delayed

I'm a plat Alex. IMO, Guile is one of Alex's easier match ups due to EX Stomp and that should say something because he doesn't have a single winning matchup in S2. I think it's still heavily in Guile's favor but you block one Flash Kick or call one Boom with a stomp and you can win.

You actually have options against Guile, which is a far cry from other good characters like Cammy or Rashid where you literally do not get a turn ever.

I'm still a rookie, but against zoners (mainly Ryus, not many Guiles in my league) I let them do their thing then get the timing right and go for a head stomp. Then I either do a flash chop or dash and power bomb, depending on how they react to it (normally they'll wake up pressing buttons, so I get the counterhit).
I guess the trick won't work so well at higher levels, but it's what I'm doing at the moment and it seems to work most of the time.
