Goto 9(floor 24 i think?) keeps 1 shotting me, and thats when i just switch to bloodborne

yeah, he's tough but stingshroom+slowshroom+red hot iron make him very easy. also throwing down some uncooked shrooms will distract him from even attacking you, he stops to eat them.

Do some mushrooms hurt/heal him? Like would it be best to toss frogmungus or it doesnt matter?

some will do this but i'm not sure which. i always just threw down extra sting and defense mushrooms. remember not to cook them, they have to be raw for him to eat them.

I'll give it a few more tries but i dont like grinding for rare mushrooms so ill just use the common ones

the best weapon for the fight is an upgraded red hot iron, it'll melt goto. if you don't have the iron use your strongest weapon, upgrade it as much as possible if you can.

11f maka-tsutumi has an endless supply of stingshrooms very easily obtained, make sure to use those to dispatch goto as fast as possible.
