His other NP besides Brahmastra is just an assortment of celestial weapons from the Ramayana that he can access in any class. Spears, chakrams, bows and arrows, clubs, darts, etc. etc. They're all A rank NPs and he can use them all at full strength and skill despite being a Saber thanks to Martial Blessing.

For the last time, Ozzy does have a RM and it's not special in any way. He does the exact same shit with it that every other RM user is able to do. The only reason he was able to summon all of Egypt into Camelot was because he had the power of the grail supporting him.

Ozzy's RM has only one real effect too. It's literally just the prosperous Egypt of Ozzy's reign. It can't even reproduce or repair things that get destroyed or damaged in it, like his NP Sphinx which is gone forever if destroyed. That said considering the fact that he KoO'd a pole and a tree branch it basically works on anything the author wants it to at the moment.
So If Melvin where the author he could theoretically use KoO on anything that he hasn't failed to KoO before. but if say, YOU where the author, you could make it fail on anything that it hasn't worked on before.
