sibyl, scyther, rahab and grimnir is what made it insane. neutral legendaries matter very little compared to those. it could use any storm or urd combos, etc for late game. it just couldnt consistently ramp and deal with aggro or curved out midrange and control (which is the counter for all ramp decks in every card game - going wide on board and punishing for ramping). now they have healthy combinations of heal, ward and ramp with all the removal in the game.

Her base stats are way too fucking good for her effects. She should be a 3/3 tops, with a +1/+1 when evo'd. She definitely shouldn't be something you can toss on the board, for all that she gives, and also expect to smash face as hard as she can.

Either she needs to lose the healing, take a 2pt cost hike, or take a massive hit to her stats to even be considered "fair".

The one that annihilates shadow's early game the most is my homebrewed face dragon deck.
It runs 3 blazing breath, 3 dragonewt fist, 3 griffon knight, 3 angel of the word, 3 luxfang kit. Rest is pointless mention, the point is that I have tons of early game damage and removals.
When I play against shadow they literally have no board until turn 5-6 because I just remove everything the moment it is placed down, consequently skellington man has nothing to place his skellingtons into. And by that point I can usually just finish the game with Forte/storm follower spam.
But this kind of deck autoloses to ramp dragon.
If you don't believe me, then try running such cards against shadow and see the result for yourself.

Face Dragon isn't aggro despite the name, it is more accurate to kill it anti aggro midrange, that is what it has always been.
It is an expert at eliminating the early game of aggro decks (Albertcraft in Rob for example was hard countered by face dragon), putting minions on the board, then killing the opponent after turn 6 with storm minions and Forte spam
Face Dragon was tier 1 category in Rob, but this expansion has really killed it, Ramp dragon is one of the worst matchups it can have, and that is half you face now.
