Titanfall lore vid series is properly underway now. Episodes IMC, Militia, Frontier and Titan Wars are all nearing done and ready for upload

So I've just startee using Ronin and I think I've finally "got it". I've never really enjoyed him before as I usually main Ogre titans, but I just had a run of 165 points/ 23 kills/ 4 titan kills without dying once I got my ronin.

I now see the appeal.

I get something similar and I'm using a GTX1060 6GB.
Every once in a while there is a heavy FPS drop for about a second. The game also crashes with a directx memory error a few minutes into a match, if I put texture streaming budget to 6GB. Then again, I only tried this on the pre-Live fire patch.
This leads me to believe that there really is a memory leak.

I was playing an intense match of nitro CTF on Kodai. 4 caps on both teams, and I was ready to cap the 5th, carrying my team of potatoes to victory. I slide hopped over the last ledge, ready to fall on my flag and win, when I suddenly stopped mid slide hop! Floating in the air, unable to move! All the sounds of battle stopped. The game seemed to be frozen, but the menu worked fine. Then I died and the flag was returned. Don't fall for the sword meme. Use your shotgun a lot, dash away to reload, return and unload the gun.

Use arc wave to insta-destroy particle walls and fuck your enemies up.

Hold block as much as possible. It will even protect you from nuke ejects and e-smokes.

Use your dashes to close ground quickly, harass enemies and use phase dash to phase behind enemies and hit them while they figure out what's happening.

Sword is fantastic against groups of infantry or pilots.

The shotgun is your main tool, use phase to reload, and sword to execute.
If you are running two smokes you can choke a titan out and shotgun the shit out of it while its blind.
Arc wave and dash at the same time so you dont deal with a slow ass animation that leaves you open to bullets.
The sword block is armor for everything.
Don't spam swing in sword core because its bouncing them back some and will allow them to counter you with their own melee spam to bounce you back. Instead you should be dashing around them and swinging while also using arc wave. If you are losing just fly the fuck away until you have your shotgun again.
Kill the fuck out of pilots and npcs with that sword and stun reapers with arc wave.
