Because this game is awful. I played as twitch recently was was A-clicking this gnar, and was attacking him for quite some time with the usual damage and attack speed items. He was taking no damage, and when he caught up to me eventually he 2 shotted me even though he was building full tank except for black cleaver, and i had something like an epiphany. Why the fuck is that allowed? Why does someone not building damage do more damage than me? Out of all the things, I'm not sure why this specifically made me so mad.
