There's really not much an ADC or a support can do if their fellow laner is a complete fucking, feeding retard. All they can really do is pray for their jungler to give them a few successful ganks, or for the other lanes not to feed hard.

Not that anon, but I don't see how. If Xayah's taunts are anything to go by, Ahri's still a vastayah who wants to become human. So it sounds like Riot's going to retain the core narrative of her old, initial lore intact for the upcoming Ionia retcon.

And if you take that vastayah short story into consideration, she's likely thousands of years old and was probably one of the first vastayah to ever exist. It wouldn't surprise me she wasn't even born as a vastayah, but as one of those powerful animal spirits who were willing to rescue and bond with the ancient Ionian humans who were trying to flee from that Void invasion.

The lore text also implied that all vastayah weren't exactly the result of humans and animal spirits breeding with each other either. Warwick and Twitch are essentially artificial vastayah created through hextech, chemtech and dark magic fuckery. And we now know that humans can become vastayah or vastayah-like via blood-related magic, thanks to their taunts towards Swain and Udyr. So Ahri could be a reverse take on this.

Lategame the damage he deals to you will be insignificant to the one you deal in return, but early game Renekton will burst the fuck out of you, may kill you, and if he picks up BC and snowballs all your armor will mean nothing. Give up cs if you have to, just don't take trades for free until you have at least a couple items.

Okay now cards on the table, I'd actually not find a massive tank buff to be something bad. It'd actually be something good and this isn't even as much of a buff as it could be.

Rn you're really just unkillable if you're wtfistheenemydoing levles of hyperfed, if you make regular gold and spend all your fucking gold on only pure tankiness, you can survive enemy champions' shit for exactly 2 secs longer than someone who spends everything on ap or ad. In other words, buying tank items, even as a tank, isn't really rewarding. In fact if you can't rely on your carries it's actually a bad decision. A massive buff to that would incentivise actually building tank stuff again.
