You unlock hells using a feat quest, then clicking the hell mode button during stage select. Takes demon invites to run hells.

For your Sader, in addition to whatever else, you should definitely run the normal Anton dungeon. The antonium you get as a reward can be traded for an item to upgrade your chron equipment's levels (specifically your accessories, subequip, and mstone), giving you more spirit/vitality, making you buff harder.
