What anons are trying to tell you is that there is no point in forcing 100% uptime when you already have 80/30 on 3T/5T. And 100% uptime doesn't automatically mean better dps when its just a measly 30/30 compared to harp's 80/30. Not to mention having a harp gives better numbers on your other buffs as well which also affects your DPS.

no its not. first of all, da/ta rate has diminishing returns the higher you go. if you have a 90% TA rate on turn 1 and 0% TA rate on turn 2 and you have 10% TA increase to spend somewhere then that last 10% is much more important on turn 2 than it is on turn 1

second, gw dagger ougi is not unreliable at all. 30/30 is very strong and only slightly weaker than 80/30. TA is the most important stat here as it is rolled before DA and many characters have higher DA than they have TA.

Personally I understand it in a way that each zenith has its own 25% chance. So with two maxed zeniths there would be 43.75% of a crit happening and among those 43.75% there would be a smaller chance of both crits occurring at once. Or we could say it would be 37.5% chance of scoring a crit with bonus 25% damage and further 6.25% chance of scoring a crit with 50% bonus damage.

The overall chance of both of them isn't capped. It's two separate procs of 25% each. The only information talking about caps is where it says 'they don't add'. That is just explaining that it isn't 50% chance of 25% bonus with both of them. It's one roll that has a 25% chance of 25% bonus and a second roll that also has a 25% chance of 25% bonus (at max).
