Of the mains, probably Undyne. You have the kindly mom, the naive but earnest skelebud, the cynical puntastic unexpectedly deep skelebud and then two goats and a lizard who are tortured by their actions to varying degrees. (full disclosure, smol goat is my favourite) Sometimes, at least in my limited experience, Undyne is just defined by her over the top athleticism and her hot bloodedness, and in my experience it's easy to forget her best moments, namely the Genocide fight, where "Battle against a true hero" is probably the most apt song name in the whole album.
