All the other so called leaders all jumped ship. We started the guild up while HG was down as a back up plan. Since HG has very little interest we are bringing it back. As far as I am aware none of the vgcelebs are playing here in earnest.

Yes, it is relaunched. Hellground also relaunched but it was plagued by large rollbacks so people got fed up and left, not sure if it's still going on. Warmane is also in the process of launching a TBC server too I think.

I haven't played tbc since actual tbc and vanilla/tbc memories blend together for me.
I'm still newish to private servers so don't bully me too hard if you can help it.

I'm gonna try hellfire when I get home, even a shitter like me can get to max level with the xp boost. How "viable" are enhancement shamans or rets for pve? I guess arena as well but like I said, I'm a fucking shitter so it probably doesn't matter.
I played holy paladin way back when but don't think i did anything past kara and ssc due to being in school and also being awful.

* Released content: All heroic and normal dungeons, Karazhan, Gruul's Lair, Magtheridon's Lair, Serpentshrine Cavern, Tempest Keep: The Eye.
* Prenerf and challenging content!
* XP Rates: Level 1-59 3x XP, Level 60-70 1.5x XP.
* All other rates are normal, but spell training costs below level 60 are reduced by 1/3 to accomodate for the fast leveling.

I don't really like coming to wpsg anymore. Alright, Hellfire II is not bad. It isn't good, but nowhere else is good either.

The population is fine, and as long as you are a dedicated player others will be motivated by your dedication.

The scripting (from what i've seen in my experience) is decent. The overworld pathing can be kind of fucked sometimes, but it is tolerable.

Server is about a week old so new players are in no way too far behind the curve. Leveling is pretty quick.

Long term its impossible to tell. Their last server bleed out the player base with the poor server stability when it launched. The problems have since been fixed but it could not recover.

This time around the fixes are in place and the server is stable. People seem to like it. Let's hope they can keep it going.

Hadn't noticed a single bug with character abilities (including talents) when I played it. Pathing and aggro worked properly everywhere I went.
However there's a fake queue and they sell a "skip queue" in their store. /vg/ autists can't wait 5-10 minutes for a stable, completely free, well scripted server and choose to dismiss the entire thing because of it.

what are some epic mop lvling life hacks

Currently lvl 18 on warmanes tbc a few mobs damage values are a bit off and it has the usual drop too many greys/reduced spell costs but these aren't bad things considering the increased xp rates. the mobs are actually pretty challenging but this may be due to rolling paladin. I also noted that mana regen was significantly increased pre lvl 10 and drops like a rock after

There is nothing wrong with HG except for the fact that it's going to be dead sooner than later. They had their chance and they totally blew it. I don't even mind the rollbacks or the "b" bullshit but all this downtime when they are still hosting in France was totally pointless and drove the pop away. Nice opinion. Only playable server that has population. HG ran itself into the ground and queuemane is all that is on the horizon. Hellfire has a decent staff that seemingly works hard to fix crashes when they appear, acceptable outlands pathing (old world could use work but not a priority with x3 exp), good dungeon scripts and excellent raid scripts. Class mechanics have room for improvement but most should find it playable. There will always be turbo autists that can't deal with certain things.

If you have a better option for TBC, I am all ears. Be sure to cite the reasons you think the server is better than Hellfire.
