Depends on how you want to use her. -atk puts her at Ninian's base atk, but +def makes her the most defensive manakete. If you use her for purely utility, which is fairly easy because her stone and base skills lend herself to that, she could be pretty good.

They summon ally units. The Alm and Celica ones can have their data saved to them, so that you can summon a souped-up Alm/Celica if you want. Roy summons Roy, Ike summons Ike, and I think non-FE ones summon generics or something.

The Alm and Celica ones also open trials if you use them on the world map. From a post I made about them before:

Not only Samurai, he has shaky hitrates on anything that's not a blue. On top of that his attack can be mediocre due to its low growth and he can end up missing some one hit kills here and there on bulkier enemies. That's why you use the week before they're revealed to start training them, obviously. New unit banners and the GHB are pretty much always on the list, as are one or more of the freebie units, which you should be able to train if you don't bother with banners. Unless it's a healer, those take forever to train past 30 so are best used for babysitting new sets of units to train.
