I'm installing the open beta right now and going to test if it is compatible, but from the patchnotes it doesn't seem like the update actually changes the AI in any way, just gives them more abilities and the boosts

You get 50% faster reload speed, 90% faster object interaction time and inspire on bots with a 2 min cooldown. You also get 3 of some smaller buffs like more hp, more dodge, more concealment, small health regen, more ammo pickup etc
But with a big downside, the new bots count towards the difficulty modifier so cop spawn rate and count will be the same as in a 4 player lobby. Since the bots themselves are barely stronger if at all stronger than they used to be it might actually be harder to solo heists than it used to be.
Stealth becomes objectively easier however, a lot of objectives become trivial with the interaction speed boost and there is no downside.

No, that's why I asked.
Crime.net shows you the maximum possible exp according to the configs but a lot of the times it is impossible to hit it.
For example, Shadow Raid has a maximum exp based on the fact that the real cap is like 28 bags or something when the map will only ever have like 24 max. So whatever the max Crime.net lists for Shadow Raid will always be a lie and you'll probably hit only like 75%-80% of that.
This was implemented because Steam forums got buttmad during Spring Break 1.0 when everybody was ECM rushing Shadow Raid like crazy to hit XXV-100 and declared that all pubbing was dead. Per-bag exp was implemented specifically because of this. This was their idea on how to nerf Shadow Raid until they "fixed" the heist to prevent ECM rushing but they never got around to it so Shadow Raid sits in the shitter and other heists suffer the same problem. Rats probably has like a higher bag cap and nobody at OVK cared enough to bother to changing it.
Still, +1100% exp in the 90s range is a lot. I wonder what the fuck it thinks the max possible exp for Rats is.
