Its a campus TOWN. The campus keeps it alive but students can't work ALL the jobs it requires to live. Also i enjoy the nightlife and its "bohemian" so even going out for a walk is fairly entertaining. Also i'm only 24, theres students that are older than i am.
Waters an issue as its an older town so some places still cling to claypipes or fucked up pipes depending.
Personally its not as bad as it sounds, mostly, with slightly elevated mercury sulfur levels from base standard but its enough to make tap water seem unappealing.

I'm actually kinda worried that this might be the direction Destiny is going with the sequel. Bungie and Activision made so much money with all those Eververse Silver purchases, they must have added microtransactions to Destiny 2 as well, this time more aggressively, I fear. you can see holes through it from certain angles
they're painted grocery boxes
