I assume the thought process was multiple cards either get benefits on being destroyed (Charming Resort Staff/Master Plan) or like being in the grave (Recapture and Assault) plus work with some unrevealed cards in the pack and triggers Agent's MST effect. There are a few ways to get an unlimited attack monster on the board still. Pic related is pretty slow, basically flint lock loops itself while morale boost ups LP up constantly and then sacred wyvern gets attack from that.

So it turns out between Vyon and Recycling Plant you can make a decent fusion HERO deck, mainly otking through Vision/Trinity + Honesty Neos.
The real question is: can we make a decent D-Hero deck? From my testing it turns out that while the fusion engine works just fine there is literally no monster worth summoning. Looks like the best bet is turboing Destiny End Dragon with the occasional Dragostapelia but that's as bad as it sounds. Any ideas? The fact Dusktopia is going to suck massive balls anyway when it gets printed doesn't help.
