Koichii Ishii and Kazuko Shibuya did the in game designs and the art the actual in character game designs were based on for the first few FFs, Nomura actually did the FF6 in game designs too with Shibuya also doing some. The Amano designs always came later and done as promotional art, it's why the in game character designs never looked like the Amano designs to begin with.

If youre doing dailies and already have Xon and Aiden you can stop doing them as only a second Aiden would be worth doing and even then only if you get enough of his Moogles for a second robe and have WoL.
The daily bundle IS your 11 pull, only cheaper, think of it that way. You should get enough Lapis just doing daily quests and from the monthly rewards to do an actual 11 pull by the time Tidus comes around.

It depends on the battle. Shout is usually fine at the start for physical characters and for haste in general. Vanille BSB/Eiko USB is best for emergency healing. Eiko BSB is a bit harder to tell when it's a good time to use, but it's a "best judgement" sort of thing.
