for sure the 268 is easier to grind, because the su-101 and su-122-54 are really hard tanks (aka bad accuracy stats and low alpha at the same time)
the 268 line just is much slower. being passive is just opening yourself to losses when proactive strategies are necessary. if you don't believe this, the 268 will be better because you can't go wrong with a drive up and click big numbers tank

Put GLD and Optics on your tank. Scout at the very beginning if you're on a map where you can spot enemy heavies crossing or a map where you can safely spot people by surfing a ridge. Don't ever go on a scouting run that isn't guaranteed safe, because the 12t is sluggish as shit and you're more likely than any other scout tank to die if you take a risk. After the heavies from the two teams meet, you stay at least 400m away from any enemy tanks and chai snipe like a cowardly bitch. The only good things about the 12t are the gun and the camo, so make use of them. Also, load gold if you can afford it because the gold ammo on the 12t is godlike. I ran 6/24 standard/gold rounds on the tank when I was 3-marking it. Now I just run 12/18, and I make money in it as long as I'm running a premium account.

In smaller formats you are able to micromanage people a lot easier, in 15v15 everything is usually fucked and you would most likely need a sub caller to help micromanage a different group of niggas but yea its pretty retarded usually no matter the play level
