From the last thread, I've seen some people on the OW forums asking for a vampiric healer, where damage done to an enemy heals the player. I don't think blizzard could properly balance this unless they made the healing so low that the vampire healer would be nearly useless. She would be stupidly overpowered for dps ranks with decent aim.

To really do what people expect, which is that Blizzard quality level of polish, on either a single player or co-operative campaign would probably be a full development cycle for us, you know, multiple years. Ana has highest burst healing still, and most utility and survivability. However her damage was nerfed to 60, and grenade damage to 30. She's no longer an invincible duelist.

Lucio is getting patched on tuesday to have more speed than tracer, and doubled his previous AOE healing rate, however his AOE circle is 10 yards instead of 30. His healing is insane and his speed is ludicrous, but now he actually has to be in the same country to provide for his team.

Zenyatta is pretty much unchanged. No damage falloff, discord is at 50% still, and he has 200hp. His healing is shit, but his ult can save an entire team, and if you have decent aim he's a monster from the backfield

Mercy still at 60hps, consistent healing, 2 second guardian angel, and 2 second invincibility upon rezzing people. She's squishy but really well balanced.

Yep. Just practice. I played on consoles all my life until my early 20s. TF2 was my real first FPS and I was ass at it. Still am. But I gradually got better. Sometimes I fat finger ults or abilities in OW, but that'll go away with time.

He's also one of the easiest characters to hit and is prone as shit to headshots while healing, thus negating it. He's toast if there are two people shooting at him while he's healing.
