What's the deal with Roxas in the simulated Twilight Town? Did he, at some point in the story, cross into the real one, or was it a simulated Sora he stood before at the end? Was he reintegrated into Sora from the data world? DiZ being a data projection as he taunted Roxas would indicate that it was sim from start to end, but him ACTUALLY dragging Namine through the dark portal indicates that it was reality. How did the real Hayner, Pence, and Olette have any recollection of Roxas if the real them never met him, and just their digital replications?

This probably doesn't mean much to anyone, but I just beat Sephiroth in KHI for the first time ever and I'm feeling some genuine catharsis.
This shit came out when I was six, and I didn't know how to play the game right, so finally going back and 100%-ing it is so ridiculously satisfying.

At the very least I know I really like HJO's Sora voice acting in 1. Him with his voice not fully hitting puberty worked really well for KH1 Sora. In fact all the characters sounded good imo. The script of this game is a mess if you really pay attention to what's going on. Sora's whole journey doesn't make a lick of sense and the part beginning with the Battle of 1000 Heartless is even worse.

In my opinion the worst offender is still how you get access to other worlds by unlocking gates with strange items, including the Cornerstone of Light, a bubble or a sea-salt ice cream that freed that from the realm of darkness Aqua is trying to escape over 10 years at that point.

I don't understand what you're asking. There are no ramifications for playing Re:CoM on an easy difficult level except not earning PS3/PS4 trophies for higher difficulties.

The Absent Silhouettes of the CoM Org members appear in KH2FM regardless.
There were unlock bonuses in the original Japanese release for cards in ReCoM and Japanese voice-overs in KH2FM if you beat the other game, but not in the ReMIX-versions.

You have to watch the 358/2 Days movie now to unlock those cards now but that's all there is.

You could tell that they didn't try hard enough with the voice direction, or give a more lively/free performance for the voice actors.

The voice acting was worse because they knew they weren't going to re-animate/sync the lips; so ReCoM was treated like dubbing an anime- which rarely leaves room for good performances. The English version of ReCoM was a rush job and lazy for the animators, writers and voice actors.

Vexen was pretty good though and Riku/Repliku was too. Marluxia's voice is completely different from the Japanese version, but I think he was fine.

Should I 100% KHFM? This is my first time playing through final mix and I didn't realize how much they fucked with item synthesis and some of the new enemies are fucking tedious as shit.
