I still haven't completely thought out the questions though, anon. And I haven't touched melee or evasion in a long time. I'll try to be cohesive.

Basically to start, I'd like to go Queen of the Forest with Dreamfeather, maybe even dual-wield. Extra uniques (if resists allow--I do have an insanely high ele resist ring in my stash, 160% total IIRC) being Atziri's Step and Rat's Nest or Devoto's Devotion--still might be better to just use a good eva helm instead.

I would like to, if it isn't a bad idea, use Raider over Pathfinder. And with Raider, not sure if I should bother with Frenzy Charges or not.

Another thing is skill(s), cleave sounds nice but colours for QotF sounds like it'd not be worth it (lots of red on an eva chest) so basically leaves Spectral Throw which is fine.

Not sure if I should bother with posion and if I should, do I 'need' to go Pathfinder? Again, I'd rather go Raider. Perhaps I need to go poison if my only damage is (otherwise) all physical. Again I haven't touched poison in the past.

Also not sure how damage will be. I won't be getting much crit' and I plan on using Grace + AA. I'll slot in HoA if I manage to get some mana reservation reductions, with say a level 3 Enlighten.

I am aware that evasion may not be all that good but I want a fast (movement and damage) build since my last build was rather slow but tanky.

I think that's it, at least for now.

I just dropped this shield on a tier 4 map. I know that there is an open prefix and suffix on it. Is it faded to master craft or there is any way to get some high ES% on it? (excluding exalt) Or you must just be lucky to drop a perfect item?

Go look on poe trade, the +es is the only good part. It could be used for levelling but that is it. Master craft if it is an improvement for you but don't take the expensive ones.

If you want to try your hand at crafting, do this
>get titanium spirit shield (best base shield = best base stats)
>must be at least item lvl 84 (for chance to roll t1 mods)
>transmute to magic rarity
>start spamming alterations on it
>hope you get t1 rolls on % and flat es

There's other methods such as chaos or essence spamming but those are expensive compared to alt+aug > regal

doing a standard SRS builld and I'm at an impasse, for belt I've mostly been using a Magnate I found while leveling, it's really nice and has good stats, especially given I have 200+ Strength for the elemental resist bonuses, plus flask gain.

However, I just got a Belt of the Deceiver as a drop, which has slightly less elemental resist, but has intimidate for higher DPS.

I'm thinking the belt might be better for something like, say, a cyclone build, yes?

I don't understand why people don't do Vault isntead of strand. It's only one tier higer, got a super easy layout with no backtracking, you can even jump on the boss and kill him fast.

Not to mention the extra loot at the end and the exalt/ilv100 rings cards (made 2 exalted with these ex cards alone so far).
