Depends on who you want for what though. For instance I have a Nowi and Nino, so having another blue would be less than ideal.

Also if you compare their stats, while it's true Ephraim has higher attack he trades that off with speed. A neutral Eirika has 35 speed, which keeps her from getting doubled by many things that a neutral Ephraim would, which contributes to her defensive attributes. And she likewise has less defense but more resistance, so she's overall just as capable of taking a hit.

Pretty good, however there is one dilemma I'd have. As you know, you want Nowi to be getting as many buffs as she can. Now while a dancer would typically be ideal for that, Ninian's dragon buff is highly beneficial to Nowi. However that sadly means she won't be giving a buff to Nino.

If you don't mind Nowi as she is then just slap Hone Attack on Ninian. That said I have my Ninian focus on buffing Nowi since I am fortunate enough to have Eirika. And it makes a huge difference. But I just like having someone to wall attacks while Nino can pick everyone off.

Don't forget fury and ardent sacrifice (40 HP Linde puts you exactly in desperation range). Also note that desperation is only needed against rangers and most teams do not exist of entirely rangers.
Finally, Linde can usually take a hit from another mage, which then immediately puts her in desperation range.

Maybe it's different with you, but my nino is +spd/-def which means without a rally def, she actually dies to taco that is +atk or has been atk buffed.

Fury gives you that extra bit to survive.
As for extra speed, it's helpful in dueling other ninos since fury's bonus+your own hone should allow for doubles once you seperate their nino from their buffer
