Hinoka and her army against Camilla and hers, I'd probably hand it to Camilla as well. If the maps are anything to go by, Camilla would lead the Ice Tribe into battle, so Hinoka's pegasi troupe would need to fight not only wyverns, but also mages shooting them down with ice. Not to mention Camilla is far more savage and would probably kill Hinoka pretty early on, effectively nullifying Hoshido's morale.

Ryoma Vs. Xander, well they seem pretty even in cutscenes but Xander does have the Rainbow Sage power, not Ryoma. Not just that but Corrin beat Ryoma fair and square whereas Corrin got his ass kicked by Xander and only won because of Elise's suicide. In a straight up match, Xander probably wins with some difficulty since Lobster is so goddamn fast.
Armies are also in Xander's favor, since the cavaliers should mow down the foot-soldier samurai of Hoshido.

Considering their respective tacticians, Iago is far more likely than Yukimura is to delve into some underhanded shit. I don't roll Reds except once or twice on a new banner because I literally got +Def/-Res Ryoma on my first session and then got Eldigan (and promoted Eliwood) and I just barely ever rolled reds every again. A Threaten and Seal skill can make her into a pretty decent debuffer, along with her 5* weapon.

She's very versatile, so you can put a lot of stuff on her. Spd+ may be one of her best A skills though, since it helps her not get doubled as much.

The problem I run into with -HP and Desperation paired with Fury is that even with that combo, getting from 30 HP down to the 75% mark requires her to get under 22.5 HP, which still takes two full rounds of combat without the bonus of having 4 more HP.

But who knows, I obviously haven't gotten to go through with it yet and I only have one Fury 3 available for inheritance right now. I'm also assuming Moonbow is a good fit for a special, but it doesn't seem like Nino even needs it.

Not to a Nowi without TA, including a +atk Nowi. And she's quickly take you out of QR range unless you're +res, which is the same reason you'd get TA for Marth and loli Tiki. They deal pitiful damage to you, so you get to stay in QR range.
