So I'm levelling an Affliction Warlock right now, and looking at the level 100 talents I'm really fucking confused by Soul Effigy.

It says it creates an effigy that duplicates 35% of its damage taken on the target, so does the Effigy have really low or zero resistances?

Does anyone else feel like they spend like 2 hours on world quest in one day, just on one character?
Like I have to do all the honor ones, AP ones I can't resist if it's a big amount, and 4 for the quest, and the new broken isles ones, and the assault. Like It takes forever, I just wanna do other stuff in wow like dungeons etc...

Well. It was the pvp/arena aspect since I never really bothered with raids or heroic dungeons. Also the various stuff I could make with the engineering and just exploring in general as well as fooling around in Goldshire with friends.

I started late vanilla and kept playing up until mid cata where I was at the point where I basically did pretty much everything and grinded daily quests. Most of my friends who played the game quit and guild disbanded, so it wasn't much fun to play without them and I just sort of lost interest.

Quads deserves a real answer. Nothing has changed, yet everything has changed.

Raids have multiple difficulties. LFR(raid finder), Normal, Heroic, Mythic. LFR is like the dungeon finder, except raids. Normal and heroic are flex raids, meaning you can do the raids with 10-30 people. Mythic raids are the old heroic raids, except they've reduced the raid size down to 20.

Dungeons have multiple difficulties. Normal, heroic, mythic, and mythic+. Mythic+ is a scaling difficulty that adds affixes. Google it for a more indepth look at it.

You can now swap between whatever spec you want. No more dual spec. There's now 10 rows of talents(3 per row, total of 30) and you'll change between them constantly. Gear now changes to fit your spec, strength changes to int if you swap from ret to holy, for example. The only real spec specific loot now is trinkets and relics.

Artifacts are a whole thing. 7.2 made them much easier to manage now though. Legendaries are the worst thing added to this game in the history of it. Imagine randomly dropped tier set bonuses that range from a 5-10% DPS increase to a shitty statstick.

Now, if you've ever had the armor, it's saved across all characters but can only be used for that armor type. It also has class restrictions so you can't transmog other classes tier sets.

And...muti gives 2-4cp per attack, how do i gain and spend them without losing many? What should i do at 3-4cp (with\without 6cp cap) and no garrote\artifact? Should i use muti to get 5-6 or envenom\rupture anyways?

Try your best to maintain 100% uptime on Surge of Toxins. Maintain 100% uptime on the envenom buff during Kingsbane. Rupture no longer increases damage per CP, it just increases it's duration. Try to use finishers at 4+ CPs but it's not the end of the world if you use one at 3. Ass isn't a spam spec. It's a slow spec where you will want to let your energy regen. It's all about maintaining your bleeds and buffs.
