I've been using neutral Kagero since day 1. I rerolled like a dozen times for her and settled for a neutral tittyninjawife. She's very much usable. She actually has nice res and not too much of a paper defense. Her speed allows her to not be doubled by most things, so she lives through any mage without a brave effect and can usually take a a single melee hit and live with 5 or less hp.

I have moonbow, drawback, deathblow3, and escaperoute3 on her. All ninja-themed skills. She destroys absolutely every infantry, including dragons.

If growths are high, you can only be blessed by a couple points at most while it's possible to be screwed by a large amount. Also, low growths mean that base stats, stat boosters, promotion gains, weapons, etc. have a larger impact.

You lose the ability to one shot Takumi and Ryoma if I remember correctly. That's with +4 from Olivia by the way, so don't even think about it without skill inheritance. If they have Fury in return, you having Fury is meaningless and you still get fucked, I have no idea if the +2 remaining from LnD will do the trick but probably not, so that leaves Death Blow which gives you a perfect +3 remainder for the fucked up IVs.

However if they happen to have something like +def-res Takumi/Ryoma, you basically fucked yourself. But who the hell has that? You can attempt to bargain-bin my strategy, probably.
Lucina/Robin/Julia/Minerva.
Minerva should start out bottom right. Move her into the forest so the Ninja can hit her. Move Lucina up to the left of the danger zone, put Julia below her and put Robin at the bottom of the danger zone next to Julia. The Ninja will move and attack, Navarre should move into range of Robin with the Ninja to his right and the axe user fucks off top for some reason. Robin kills Navarre, Lucina hits the Ninja and Julia finishes the Ninja off. Minerva moves in to kill or at least injure the Ninja that attacked her. Lucina can now deal with the axe user with Julia's help and all you're left with is a healer at this point.

Use him, Olivia, and I dunno, two of Abel/Nowi/Lucina. Have him bait via the forest. Ninja will attack him and get healed up. Robin will kill him using Olivia next turn. Navarre and the rest of the units will move up. Have Abel one-round Navarre, Robin can clean up the second ninja, and then any of your units should be able to tank one hit from the axe user or use your third unit to kill them. Easy.

Winning strategy:

Lunatic Navarre took me three tries. Nowi and trying to tank down the right forest weren't really working for me; even with +Def and a defensive buff, those thieves could still manage to chip down Robin below half health in a single turn. Ended up switching out Nowi for Nino and peaking into the gap with Draw Back shenanigans. Was a little worried that I had backed myself into a corner positioning my characters so they wouldn't die from either the axeman or the second thief (and in turn denying my bladers their buffs), but it turns out that not many things like getting hit by a Bonfire off of 32 Defense even with -Atk.
