There's a red (more pinkish to be accurate) jedi twilek so the color shouldn't be that much of an issue. The intense red color can be put on dark side corruption so if you're intending to do light side run, a lighter color wouldn't be out of place.

No clue since we know practically nothing of force walk and would the gameplay restrictions affect a real fight. How phase walk works in real circumstances is also a big factor. Could he teleport at will where ever he wants and no limit to how many times he can do it? If inq can teleport around then what is Wrath gonna do about it? Jump after him time and time again while his barrier is getting worn down.

If Wrath's force barrier isn't strong enough he's gonna lose because what is he gonna do if colicoid can hold him in stasis and force leech / lightning him.

This is a problem in magic based fights because their rules and powers are nonsense by design.

I think that Dooku became the apprentice of Darth Sidious to put himself in the one position more likely than any other to have the chance to destroy the Lord of the Sith. Most Sith Lords are not killed by a Jedi, but by their own apprentice. The path of the Sith is to gain power, and the ultimate show of power is to kill the one who trained you, proving his better. Dooku however, didn't crave power. He didn't want to be a Sith, or he wouldn't still have gone by Count Dooku over Darth Tyrannus. I think his objective was to become the Sith apprentice, kill the Sith Lord, and then NOT become the master, effectively ending the Sith.

Thus he didn't have the "sith eyes" because he was still a Jedi.
