I can kill chaos bean with my spider out then go sit in cc1 leafre/henesys and make some noobs happy by throwing out the drops they can use. If they want advice, I can add them to BL and give them a full set of empress gear when they hit 140 and it'll look good and last them quite a while, at basically no cost because empress isn't too hard to kill and her gears are worthless anyway. It's better than doing nothing or jacking off, I guess.

Yeah Maplestory has the potential to create actually good dungeons which require party coordination. Even Princess No tried to make the trek to the actual boss interesting. It's such a shame that every boss encounter in Maplestory now is just "do a shitload of prequests and enter the boss instance with a party lol".

What's the best way to improve my dude? I'm a lvl 157 NL and I've got 1 about 130k buffed range on reboot, most my equips are 6% luck. I've given up on the idea of meso grinding till I get a blackheart to drop from Hilla, should I be focusing on getting gear to replace pensalir or just leveling? Right now I feel that my dps isn't holding me back from bossing as much as night lords general squishiness.

Rocket Booster event - doing the silly rocket minigame gives you 20/40/100 att 30 min buffs with no expiration, but they only stack 1 to a slot. the stuff in the rewards shop are pretty good if you cap the 10k points a day (you can probably catch up if you miss days if it's like the artifacts event). pretty easy in general, 20 days for 120k points.
easter egg - only the one where you get the easter basket and the red easter egg is worth it as you can possibly get prime scrolls. only once a day, and it's RNG, so don't expect to get one before the event ends in 2 weeks
heatwave attendance - i heard it's 2000 mobs per day so that might be a bit high. heard the rewards are pretty good like the usual attendance
heatwave box - good stuff, though really low drop rate if you don't have drop gear. can get meister cubes and other nice stuff. the sun chair you get from it is gimped if you do get it (it's not a high chair)

Pop a rune, use your 2x coupons or whatever you have, and go zakum at 100. If you're bean, it'll take you to 114 right off the bat if you're quick.
After that, go to blood harps until like 120ish, then pirates until 130, then get 50 star force and go to miner zombies until 140, then I guess the star force dragons until 145 then you can Ktower.
If you're bored in the 130s, you can do the highest level of the middle door of monster park for an entire level each run, and it takes like 5 minutes each time.

Pirates are better than ktown? And did you not try commerci? There's a bunch of talk quests that get you to 145 probably. I never tried miner zombies the map looks really awful
